Authentica is a Fair for Swiss based small scale Producers. It's focused on producers who still do the hole process by themselves, from growing produce, over manufacturing, to selling the products. I also take pictures of every fair to gather some material to post live. This is a great chance to get to know all the producers and encourage them to promote their products on social media. Hearing all the stories behind the products it the part I like most about this job!
